The working agreement
Plain-language summary of what you and BoardAxis agree to when you sign up. Last updated April 14, 2026.
Your account
- You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
- One person per account; workspaces are for teams (see Enterprise).
- Don't share your account with others — it's on us to build multi-seat plans when you need them.
Our data
The board data you see comes from public SEC EDGAR filings and our own analysis. You can use it to make decisions, share internally, and cite it. You can't resell it as a standalone dataset or build a competing product on top of our API.
Billing
- Starter is free forever, no card required.
- Pro subscriptions renew monthly. Cancel anytime — no refunds for partial months, no gotchas either.
- Enterprise is billed annually via invoice with a custom SLA.
Fair use
Don't scrape the product, don't rate-limit abuse our AI chat, and don't try to reverse-engineer the prediction model. If you need programmatic access, the Enterprise API is the right door — email sales@boardaxis.com.
Changes and disputes
We'll email you if we make material changes to these terms. If you disagree, you can delete your account from Settings at any time.
